The Totodile's show ended. It bowed and then hopped into the lake. The crowd followed, hoping to get into the after party.

Out of curiosity, muse followed the group - but only to the end of the lake, and even then he didn't dare to go within a yard of it. He growled, spitting a small swear at them. Of course water pokemon had to be like that - but he couldn't help that he didn't appreciate sinking like a rock when in even the shallowest of waters. When he turned around, the Mudkip was right behind him.
<What's wong? Can't swim?>
<...No.>

The sound of music could be heard from the water.

<Come'mon, it's easy,> he bribed, beginning to push muse closer to the water. He slipped in himself when the fire pokemon dodged, hiding somewhat.
<You can go ckeck it out if you're such a good swimmer. I'm like a rock.>

All over the bottom of the lake was water pokemon dancing. The Totodile was surrounded by two pretty Azumarrils. A DJ sat in the corner scratching on a rock.

Sighing, the Mudkip dipped beneath the water, following the crowd and looking around at all of the pokemon. He couldn't help but eye the Azumarrils, but quickly looked away as a blush colored his face.
<...Wow,> he said quietly to himself. All of this was a bit amazing; never had he seen something quite like this in his time here.

The pokemon danced looking like they were square dancing when they went over onto a rock. The Azumaril that wasn't dancing with them went into the water looking like it was trying to cool off while the other two kept dancing.

(( ...*blinks* I'm sorry, but that gives me absolutely nothing of value to work off of. No description whatsoever, and nothing for me to do.
Truthfully. People will be more pissed with crud mods then with too few. ))

With a heavy sigh, the Mudkip swam a bit above the part for a moment before taking his time to sink to the lake floor, looking about at all of the other pokemon. Was it even possible that this many pokemon lived here? He' never seen so many together in his life. Taking a closer look at the Totodile, he saw nothing special of the thing, really. What made his talent so... thrilling?

A Marril watched him from across the floor. She quickly looked away from the Mudkip and blushed.

Blinking, the mudkip turned in seeing the sharp movement - unlike whatever else which was going on somehow, though he couldn't quite pick out what it was. <Hm...> he said, watching in the direction he thought he'd seen the movement, but soon lost sight of it. Shrugging it off, he instead circled around what had been turned into a temporary dance floor, seeing if there was truly anything of interest here.

Something in the background shouted <LIMBO!>. The pokemon on the dance floor cheered while someone brought out a stick. Two Croconaws held up the stick while everyone lined up and limboed under it.

Okay; this would be the perfect time to get away. The mudkip edged away from the crowd, walking as far around the limbo line as he could without seeming too intentional on his part. He was more looking at the line instead of where he was going, cautious in case any of them could drag him on. Parties were not his thing; while the pokemon loved making friends, this many others around was a tad bit overwhelming.

A Mudkip ran into him and smiled when she saw him.
<Henry! There you are! I was looked everywhere for you.>
