There Was a Cave at the End of the Woods?

(*throws a tantrum*)

"Oh. My. God." was all Rika could say. There was actually such a thing as a rolling convention? She nearly collapsed. My god, the cave wanted to annoy her to no end! She sighed. Beginning to walk again, she tried to navigate through the room.

Krin could do nothing. Her small being was overwhelmed. Too many rolling rocks. Her face darkened again. Muttering, she tried to use Confusion on anything and everything around them.

[Kris]

The Confusion lifted two Geodude into the air, who were still rolling. Now they were rolling in the air.

<Oooo... Pretty....> is what came from the room.

[Arillumia]

Rika sighed and kept walking. Nothing to see here. She didn't spare a glance at the Geodude rolling in the air. This was getting to her. She ground her teeth, wishing the rolling rocks were gone. This was the most annoying thing she'd ever seen in her life.

Krin muttered rudely under her breath, cursing the Geodude, Graveler, and Golem alike. She attempted to send the two flying Geodude crashing into each other.

[Kris]

The Geodude actually fell instead. Three Graveler and 5 Golem turned to Krin.

<What did you say?>

[Arillumia]

< I said: You all need a life! I mean, truly, a rolling convention? You idiots. Can't you do anything better than roll?> Krin yelled rudely. She had had enough. They had better things to do than roll stupidly, didn't they? Oh right, idiots had no lives.

Rika was trying not to laugh. Whatever Krin said was not going to go over well with the rocks. Just keep walking. She skipped around the rocks, whistling innocently. But, under her long shirt, her hands were gripping her pokeballs.

[Corvina]

The Geodudes, Gravelers, and Golems began to surround Rika, glaring at Krin on her shoulder with disgust. They were all outraged that this little Ralts was mocking their leisure! So what if rolling around aimlessly seemed weird? If Krin was a Geodude, then she would appreciate what they were doing!

" You've got some nerve making fun of our rolling. You're in for it now! "

One of the Golems roared, and the whole mass of Pokemon that had gathered around them began to try and Tackle them. Oh dear, this wasn't going to be pretty, now was it?

[Arillumia]

Rika jumped up, avoided the joint Tackle on Krin. Landing safely out of the way, red light flashed. Three streaks, to be exact. Many on one little Ralts wasn't going to fly with her, so why not bring out her cavalry?
"Tsuki, Quick Attack. Kikia, Metronome. Starya, reach as many as you can with Water Gun." It would be harder commanding three pokemon, but there were too many for Starya alone to handle.

Tsuki was out to fight again. With a smrik, she attacked a Graveler with Quick Attack.

Kikia attacked with Metronome, hyper as she was. She couldn't stand still, and was hopping up and down in place.

Starya let a large spray of water out, shooting it towards as many of the rock pokemon as possible.

[Corvina]

(My apologizes. I didn't notice that Krin was on Rika's shoulder. I'll edit my previous post in a moment.)

[Kris]

The Graveler skidded back a couple feet. It stomped back to its previous place and attacked using Rock Slide. Several Graveler were knocked out by the water.

[Arillumia]

Well, that was good. Only one was attacking, so only one had to counter. Best not to waste unneeded energy. Rika smiled. This was going well.
"Starya, dodge and attack again with Water Gun."

The Staryu did as it was told, dodging the Rock Slide and shooting a spout of water towards the Graveler.

Kikia and Tsuki, having been given no orders, jumped safely out of the way of the attack, barely dodging it. The pair sat next to Rika, Kikia having calmed down sufficiently to sit still.

[Kris]

The Graveler used Protect and blocked itself from the attacks. A Golem next to it used Rock Slide.

[Arillumia]

Rika cursed. She hated the attack Protect, unless she was using it.

Starya was caught in the Rock Slide, and struggled to stand. It ould have to be careful, as another hit like that could faint it.

"Starya, use Water Gun again. Tsuki, Quick Attack. Kikia, Ember, then Quick Attack."

Starya spread out the water, trying to make it fall on all of the rock pokemon. Kikia used Ember on anything she saw, and then went in for a Quick Attack against a Golem. Tsuki used Quick Attack on anything that came near her.

[Kris]

The Gravelers retreated from them, grumbling. It appears you have won.

[Arillumia]

Rika grinned. She had been worried that they wouldn't escape unharmed. Pulling out pokeballs, she recalled everyone, Starya, Tsuki, Krin, and Kikia. She put the pokeballs away and pulled her backpack off for a minute and peeked inside. She smiled, seeing her blue egg inside, nestled in the black bag with a black scarf tied around it.
Rika turned on her flashlight again, having turned it off, and continued on down the tunnel.

A Cubone appeared in their view. It was staring at the wall...
